  1. The reason it doesnt show up is because youre laptops monitor doesnt run off the Gpu. You need to plug in an external moniter to get the display settings option😁

  2. this method given will not work !! instead go to your intel settings and change display to full size and change your settings to 4:3 in cs:go it will work and so the black bars will be removed !!!
